Premise

The following general conditions are part of the lease agreement for the reserved period. They are understood and accepted by the customer at the time of stipulation.

Booking

The lease agreement is concluded only after the receipt of our confirmation letter or e-mail that will be sent after receiving the payment of a deposit of 30% of. The payment must be made within 3-5 days from the reservation by postal order or bank transfer. The following general conditions must be returned to our address properly signed.

Payments and services

The failure to pay the amounts due under the terms of the lease agreement on the date established, as mentioned above, constitutes a termination clause expressed by the contract. The minimum stay is 7 days with arrival on Saturday and departure on Saturday (unless otherwise agreed). The supply of linen is optional and if not requested at the moment of the reservation, must be communicated up to 10 days before arrival. The balance of the total amount, together with the cost of the optional services (linen) are to be paid by cash or cheque at the moment of the check-in and the delivery of the key. Credit cards or debit cards are not accepted. The failure to pay the balance will lead the automatic termination of the lease agreement and the deposit will be forfeited by our Agency as compensation.

Arrivals and departures

The delivery of the keys to the apartment, with acceptance procedures, is provided for the day of arrival from 4.30 to 8.00 pm at the Agency located in via Del Tirreno, 08020 San Teodoro (OT). In case of delay, please notify us promptly at the following number +39 (0)784 – 866067. For arrivals on Tuesday, check-in can be done only after 8 pm. The Guest (contractor) must be provided with identity card and a voucher. The departure is scheduled within 10:00 am on the day established by the lease agreement. The payment is not refundable in case of no show, delays or personal reasons. The same rule has been applied in case of early departure.

Cancellation policy

In case of any cancellation for any reason, the deposit paid will be refunded as follows:
up to 2 months before arrival: 80%
up to 1 month before arrival: 60%
up to 15 days before arrival: 20%
from the 14th day before arrival there will be no refund.

Alternative or cancellation of the lease agreement by Case Vacanze San Teodoro

Case Vacanze San Teodoro, in case of unexpected causes, reserves the right to replace the booked apartment with another with same characteristics. In case of force majeure, wars, calamities and similar Case Vacanze San Teodoro can cancel the lease agreement by returning the amount paid. The tenant, at the delivery of the key, have to give a deposit of € 100.00 that must be paid in cash. In the event that this payment is not paid, Case Vacanze San Teodoro reserves the right do not deliver the key.

The occupation of the apartment is limited to the number of people mentioned in the contract. The manager can prohibit entry to other people. The deposit will be refunded only after the positive check of the state of the apartment by our Staff. In case of damage or any breakage to objects or things, the lack and / or damage to the booked bed linen, they must be refunded at the market price. Early departures must be communicated to Case Vacanze San Teodoro at least one day in advance to facilitate the check of the apartment. If the departures were off the office opening (9-13; 16.30-20), the deposit will be returned by postal order or bank transfer.
The tenant undertakes to occupy the apartment respecting all the rules of good neighbourhood. The cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes and kitchenware, not included in the final cleaning, must be made by the tenant. Otherwise, the deposit of € 50.00 will be retained.

The presence of any pets (dogs and cats) may be authorized by Case Vacanze San Teodoro because of many owners don’t want the presence of any animal.
Cases in which Case Vacanze San Teodoro is not to be held responsible:
No responsibility must be attributed to the Case Vacanze San Teodoro for any damages, accidents, thefts, non-drinking water, negligence on the part of the tenant and inconveniences in general that should occur in the apartment. The competent court for each controversy related to the present lease agreement, is that of Nuoro.
