Residence La Cinta San Teodoro
The Residence La Cinta is one of the most famous and requested by our Guests thanks to its proximity to the La Cinta beach. The Residence is composed by two and three-room apartments, in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery. It’s equipped with comfortable outdoor showers and an electric gate.
Two room apartments
The two-room apartments, of 28 and 32 square meters, are composed by a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, TV, veranda and garden. In some, there is a washing machine. Parking space (not all the apartments).
Three-room apartments
The three-room apartments on the ground floor have a veranda and a garden. Those on the first floor have a large veranda with a barbecue area. They are all composed by a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 beds (2 singles that could be joined together or a bunk bed), living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, TV. Some of these have air conditioning and the rate is € 50 per week.
